It feels solid. Like, once it was all put together, I wasn’t worried about it wobbling or anything. Very safe feeling. The setup took me a little longer than I expected, had to pause and figure a couple things out, but nothing too crazy. Overall, really happy with it.

The bed I ordered was the right one, so that part was fine, but a few screws were missing from the box. Kind of frustrating, because you don’t really realize it until you’re already in the middle of putting it together.

I really like this bed. It looks clean and cute in my kid’s room. The design is simple. But it still has some style. The colors were easy to match too.

We got a Maxtrix bed for our two kids, i still remember the first night they climbed into it and got all excited like it was some big adventure. It wasn’t the cheapest bed we looked at, so I was a little nervous at first, but once it was set up, I could feel the difference right away. The wood feels solid, and it doesn’t have that shaky wobble our old bunk bed had every time someone moved.

I really like that we can change the setup later instead of starting over and buying a whole new bed. That was a big part of why we chose it. Shipping did take a little longer than I hoped, which was mildly frustrating, but now that it’s here and being used every day, I feel good about what we paid.

We ordered a bed from Maxtrix Kids, and I’ll admit I was a little nervous about having to assemble it. But it ended up being way easier than I expected. The parts were clearly labeled, the instructions actually made sense, and nothing felt confusing or overly complicated. My husband and I got it done in a couple of hours, with a few breaks in between. Everything lined up nicely and felt really sturdy once it was finished. Super relieved it didn’t turn into one of those all-day assembly nightmares...

I had a quick question after placing my order and didn’t expect much right away, since these things usually take a while. I went off to do a few other things and checked back not long after, and they’d already replied. So yeah, customer service got back to me really fast, which was a nice surprise...

I love that we can move things around and change the setup later as the kids get bigger. Its nice knowing we arent stuck with one layout.

We bought this loft bed about a year ago and it’s been holding up really well. It still feels sturdy, and the wood has a nice solid feel to it. There are a couple little dings here and there now, but nothing that really bothers us. overall, we’re Happy with it

I ordered from Maxtrix Kids and the whole shipping thing was painless. I got the tracking info not too long after placing the order, and then I kind of kept checking it here and there, like you do, and the boxes ended up showing up within the window they gave me.
One of the boxes had a little dent in it, which made me pause for a second, but everything inside was totally fine, so no issue there. The delivery guy left it all by the garage like I’d asked, which I appreciated. It wasn’t lightning-fast or anything, but overall it went smoothly and I’d call it a good experience
